We Are Seven Summary in English: (We Are Seven Class 7)
The poem is about a little girl who says she has seven brothers and sisters in total. Out of them, two live in Conway, two are at sea, and two are dead and buried in the churchyard near her house. The speaker of the poem tells her that since two are dead, they should not be counted, so she has only five siblings left. But the little girl refuses and insists that even though two are dead, they are still part of the family. For her, they are always seven. The poem shows the innocence of children and how they see life and death differently from adults.
